Para efectuar la reserva, se debe realizar un depósito del 50% de valor total en la Cta. de Ahorros 5358395500 del Banco del Pichincha a nombre de Yadira Martinez Orellana y la diferencia se cancelará al momento de la prestación del servicio.

Cambios:
Temporada baja: Si desea hacer algún cambio a su reservación, lo podrán hacer hasta 24h antes de la fecha de su reserva sin ningún costo adicional. Menos de 24h antes de la fecha de su reserva, le cobraremos 50% del total de la factura para poder proceder a su cambio.
Temporada alta: Si desea hacer algún cambio a su reservación, lo podrán hacer hasta 72h antes de la fecha de su reserva sin ningún costo adicional. Menos de 72h antes de la fecha de su reserva, le cobraremos 50% del total de la factura para poder proceder a su cambio.
Cancelación:
Temporada baja: Si desea cancelar su reservación, lo podrán hacer hasta 72h antes de la fecha de su reserva sin ningún costo adicional. Menos de 72h, le cobraremos el 50% del total de su factura.
Temporada alta: Si desea cancelar su reservación, lo podrán hacer hasta una semana antes de la fecha de su reserva sin ningún costo adicional. Hasta 72h antes de la fecha de su reserva, le cobraremos el 50% del total de la factura y el 100% si cancelan en las últimas 24h antes de la fecha de su reserva.

If you would like to cancel up to 3 days before the date of your booking, we will charge you 50% of your initial booking and any time after that, we would charge you the 100% of your booking.
